March 23 – Deadline to return Application and deposit

April 27 – Acceptance packages and non-acceptance letters mailed to vendors

May 18 - Deadline to cancel with refund

May 23 – Deadline to return Agreements, Certificates of Insurance, and balances

June 21 – Move in schedule mailed to vendors

July 17 – Move-in begins at 7:00am
Temp food license training 2:00pm - Anderson Room Michigan Union

July 18-20 – Food Courts hours of operation 10:30am through 9:00pm

July 21 – Food Courts hours of operation 10:30am through 5:00pm

August 3 – Cleaning refund memo mailed to vendors
