Bert's Café

Welcome!

Bert's Café, made possible by the generosity of Bertram Askwith (LSA '31) opened in 2008 to bring students and staff a convenient quality café. Bert's has a friendly, professional staff and offers the inviting atmosphere of the library and the new Bert's Study Lounge! It's the perfect place to study, converse with friends, conduct meetings (we cater!), or simply relax with a cup of hot coffee or a tasty treat.

"See you at Bert's!"

The location, right in the foyer of the Undergraduate Library, is perfect for students and staff. The location allows for ease of access to coffee, snacks, or meals while studying in the library. Convenient!

We support our local vendors in our effort to bring you the best ingredients for our products. Check out our new menu items from Great Harvest Bread Co. and the Jamaican Jerk Pit, two popular Ann Arbor vendors.

We strive to bring students and staff the widest selection of dining options from certified MHealthy options to vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free choices!
