The Union's ground floor isn't just for lunch. We also offer a bookstore, a computer store and repair facility, a ticket office, and a travel agency. Need cash? Stop by one of three ATMs or visit the full service UM Credit Union branch.

Care Packages

Our balloons and edible gift care packages are a great way to send a greeting or recognition to someone special on a special day. Perhaps it is that first birthday away from home, study week, a wish to get well, Valentine's Day, or just to let them know you're thinking of them. Ordering is easy online at www.carepackage.umich.edu. We will deliver to the front desk of a student's residence hall, to a campus office or off-campus residence.
 

Computer Support & Repair
Located within UM Computer Showcase, Computer Support & Repair can assist students, faculty, staff and departments with computer issues. Authorized Dell and Apple warranty and non-warranty hardware repair services are offered. Software assistance includes general troubleshooting, virus remediation, file back-ups, software installations and more.

U-Go's Convenience Store
Location: Ground Floor Michigan Union
U-Gos has everything you need to avoid the growl between classes or on-the-go. With a large assortment of snacks and convenience items U-go's is a one-stop shop. Offerings: bottled beverages, assorted snacks, candy, gum, cookies, baked goods, ice cream, protein and power bars, health and beauty items, fresh fruit.

UM Computer Showcase
Computer Showcase is a retail location that offers the University community a place to purchase computer hardware, software, and accessories. Computer Showcase also provides low-cost assistance with a variety of software and hardware maintenance, among a variety of other repairs. Quick and centrally located, Computer Showcase is the perfect assistant for a busy student.

Michigan Union Ticket Office
Michigan Union Ticket Office (MUTO) is a Vendini outlet and is the place to buy tickets for selected campus shows and bus/commuter transportation; or access great regional concerts, shows and sporting events.

MUTO Fall Hours:

MUTO is closed on Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, The Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
