Half pound of mouth watering ground Kobe beef grilled to your liking. Served with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle with your choice of American, Swiss or Monterey Jack. Our Kobe beef is a premium all natural beef, with less saturated fat. Add bacon or sauteed onions and mushrooms for just $1.00
Our classic salad featuring Michigan dried cherries, chopped walnuts and crumbled gorgonzola cheese. Tossed with fresh field greens and our homemade raspberry vinaigrette.
Spring mix greens topped with sliced tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, cucumbers, roasted tomatoes, and drizzled with a basil balsamic glaze. Topped with fresh sprouts from Garden Works Farm. The U-Club's version of the classic caprese salad.
