Please pardon our dust…
The Michigan League will feel a few growing pains this spring and summer. During that time, the cafe currently known as Beanster’s on the first floor will be under construction and the south entrance off N. University will be visually impacted because of the construction.
“There will be a construction dumpster outside the entrance, near the atrium. The entrance will remain open but traffic may need to shift during certain parts of the project. We don’t expect this to impact access to the circle drive off N. University,” explains Xavier Wilson, Michigan League Director. “While we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, we are very excited about the new concept that will be opening in that space this fall.” There may be some noise, but staff and construction personnel will do their best to minimize noise levels at crucial time periods.
The new Michigan League kitchen and market concept was developed to meet the evolving needs of the university community. Guests will experience cuisine from a variety of local restaurants, freshly prepared foods, coffee and baked goods, daily deli specials, and a variety of convenient grab-n-go items. For students, staff, faculty and the Ann Arbor community, this will be the convenient campus place to gather with friends, enjoy an array of delicious menu items and relax in a freshly updated and inviting setting.
Construction will be completed by fall semester.
