Restaurants and Cafes

While the ground floor of the Union undergoes renovation, the first floor is hosting a food service area that offers a variety of lunch and snack options. These “Summer Selections” include Panda Express, Ice Cream Station, Coffee Café, and an assortment of grab ‘n go sandwiches, salads, and sides. A number of visiting vendors will be featured every week in the Art Lounge (Palm Palace, Jamaican Jerk Pit, Ahmo’s Gyros and Deli, and Earthen Jar). Both U-go’s and the University Club Restaurant will remain open.

Come fall, students will experience a newly renovated MUG with new and updated vendors: Ahmo’s Mediterranean Grill, Subway (now serving breakfast and Freshens smoothies), Wendy’s, Panda Express, and U-go’s!

U-go's now features expanded selections including Farm Fresh fruits and vegetables, chef-prepared grab 'n go, Bosco Sticks, calzones, wings, and pasta salad. The University Club offers a lunch menu and a freshly-prepared buffet between 11:30am and 2pm every weekday. Blue Bucks are welcome at all of the University Unions restaurants and cafes.
