As one of the University of Michigan's most recognizable landmarks, the Michigan Union also boasts an interesting history of significant events. In addition, with its location at the heart of Central Campus and a multitude of student services and resources, the Union remains a constant hub of activity.

The Board of Regents approved the schematic design for renovating the Michigan Union on 3/16/17. Learn more about the project and view some of the concept drawings. The project will create state-of-the-art student organization and student involvement space, improve space for counseling and student support services and enhance meeting space near the Rogel Ballroom.
