Food Court Booth Space Applications 2022
We invite you to apply for art fair booth space in the heart of the University of Michigan campus. Whether you’re looking to share an exciting food concept, fresh food option, or menu with international appeal, this is a great opportunity to participate in the nation’s largest juried art fair with close to half a million attendees. The Application Process
- April 1 Application open
- May 1 Deadline for application and $50 fee
- May 9 Acceptance email sent
- May 16 Deadline to confirm acceptance
- June 3 Deadline to return signed agreement, certificate of insurance, and payment in full
- July 11 Vendor location and move-in schedule sent
- July 20 Vendor move-in / setup
- July 21-23 Art Fair! (Thurs – Fri 10am – 9pm; Sat 10am – 8pm)
- July 23 Move out (clean up can begin by 5pm but no later than 7pm)
Returning vendors are placed first. Then, if we still have open space, we try to place the remaining vendors based on their preference. We also factor in your products, booth size and design to reduce competition and determine the best fit for you.
